I have a question about my order. What is the best way to contact you?

I have just placed an order and would like to change or cancel it.
We strive our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. This means you have 4 hours from the time of placing your order to change or cancel it. To do so, please send an email to care@muslimbreakfastclub.com.
How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?
Each order is different and delivery times depend on your location and the product(s) you order. Please visit checkout to see your delivery date and cost.
What is your exchange and returns policy?
You can exchange and return any item(s) unworn within 31 days. Please send us an email to care@muslimbreakfastclub.com to begin the process. You would need to cover the cost of exchange or return shipping. Your return must be sent before the 31-day timeframe and provide us with the tracking number. It is not possible to process requests beyond this period.
Refunds and exchanges
We offer refunds and exchanges if you contact us within 30 days of your purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to process requests beyond this timeframe.
Will I need to pay customs duties on my order?
Depending on the country that you live in and the value of your order, you may need to pay customs duties which is determined by the country itself. Customers are responsible for all customs duties.
What happens if the courier can’t deliver my package?
If the courier attempts delivery and it’s unsuccessful, they usually leave a card or update the tracking information. If there are no further updates after an attempted delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier directly to locate and arrange collection or redelivery of the package.
I have not received my order confirmation email, what shall I do?
Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your order confirmation email. Please also check your spam/junk and promotions folders. If you have not received the email within 24 hours, please reach out to us at care@muslimbreakfastclub.com.
What do I do if my order is missing?
If your order is missing, please contact us within 30 days of placing your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with missing orders beyond this timeframe.
What happens if my return gets lost in the post?
When returning an item, you must obtain a tracking number from your chosen delivery company at the point of return. This is your proof of postage. If your return parcel is lost and you don’t have a tracking number, unfortunately, we won’t be able to issue a refund or replacement. We are not responsible for return parcels that go missing without proof of postage or tracking.
My product was undeliverable/unclaimed and has now been returned to Muslim Breakfast Club, what can I do?
If the courier is unable to deliver your order or you do not collect it from the designated collection point, it will be returned to us. To have it reshipped, you will need to cover the reshipment fee via a payment link, which we will provide before reshipment.
What happens if my package is being returned to MBC?
If your package is being returned to us because you missed the delivery, did not collect it from your local delivery office in time, provided an incomplete/incorrect address, or any other reason, you must contact us within 30 days of placing your order.
Please note that we are not liable for lost parcels once they are returned to us by the courier. If we do not hear from you within 30 days of the return, we may no longer be able to recover or resend the item.
We strongly recommend keeping an eye on your tracking information and reaching out as soon as possible if you suspect a missed delivery.
